Introduction: HORSE SHOE LETTER HOLDER.

About: I am married with two children. Spring, summer, and fall are my very favorite times of the year. I enjoy working in the yard, sewing, cooking, quilting, gardening, and creating. I do this to keep my sanity.
Another great use for horse shoes is a letter holder.  It is great for a man's office.  Simple to make and does not require a lot of tools or things to buy.  You will probably have everything except maybe the horse shoes.  If you have a friend or neighbor that owns horses, chances are they have a few extra they would be happy to give you.  You can purchase them for about a dollar each from a veterinary supply store like Tractor supply.

Step 1: SUPPLIES

2 Horse shoes.
Paint.
Small scrap of wood.
Gorilla glue.
Clamps.
Nails or screws.
Hammer or drill.

Step 2: PRE-PARING THE HORSE SHOES/ WOOD

Clean the horse shoes with soap and water.
Dry them good.
Paint the shoes and wood.
Dry completely.

Step 3: ATTACHING THE HORSE SHOES TO THE WOOD.

Wet the wood where you will apply the glue.
Place a small amount of the Gorilla glue to each side of the wood and horse shoe.
You do not need very much glue at all!
Clamp the horse shoes in place with clamps.
Allow to dry completely.

Step 4: FINISHED!

Place you letter holder on the desk and enjoy your clutter free work space.
Your co-workers will be impressed with your creation and probably ask for you to make them one.
You can send them to instructables and tell them how much fun you had and that you would not want them to miss out on all the fun!
