Introduction: Healthy Frappuccino

Hello everyone!

When I was young, my favorite drink was a frappuccino. Almost every day I drank it. It was sweet, tasty, and refreshing for me.

I also was a professional basketball player, I practiced more than 10 times every week, so I put special emphasis on my diet and health.

Unfortunately, I was horrified to find out about the amount of sugar they put in our drinking, and since I didn't want to give up the drink I like the most, I came up with the idea to make a healthy homemade frappuccino!

Supplies

coffee

Shaker

50 milliliters of milk

date honey

6 ice cubes

Step 1: Combining

First, we melt the coffee and the date honey in hot water. Then add the ingredients to the shaker glass.

Step 2: To Grind

Grind the ingredients until there are no large chunks of ice left.

Step 3: Enjoy!

Add a straw and go to sit in a comfortable armchair to drink your healthy frappuccino.
