Introduction: Hearing Aid
Hi, we made a hearing aid device for our 2nd year project to university of Colombo, simple analog hearing aid device with NPN transistors. its Like a concept project we have used simple printed PCB and 3D print for casing
Supplies
- 100nF
- 1uF
- 10uF
- 470pF
- 470uF
- 25mm audio jack
- Diodes
- BC847C Transistor
- 10kΩ
- 1MΩ
- 4.7kΩ
- 100kΩ
- 3.9kΩ
- 1.5kΩ
- 5kΩ
- 100Ω
- Slide switch
- Variable resistor
- Battery Holder
- PCB
- 3D printing
- Headset
Step 1: Prototype
First we create circuits with multisim then analyze and simulate the circuit with multisim Then we did Prototype with bread board we add all the component to Bread board and test with that, Test and further improved the circuits
Step 2: Prototype With Hand Made PCB
Then we designed the circuit and PCB with easyda online, In university Lab we printed PCB manually. First we print the PCB design in paper then iron with PCB Board after wash out the paper. we put in to fericcholride then wash with thinner and water finally we got printed PCB
Step 3: Print PCB
After we ensured all of them are correct we decide to go for print PCB as much as small with SMD component, Then we designed the PCB with easyda. Then we Printed PCB with JLCPCB and we bought proper component and solder it re
Step 4: 3D Print
After we received the PCB We have designed casing with tinker cad and printed with 3D printer , Have attached 3D print design
Step 5: Finalize
We assembled everything and finalize the product
Thanks
