- Drag a Box shape to the workplane.

- Scale it down to a height of 2mm and a size of 12mm x 12mm.

- Drag a Cylinder shape to the workplane.

- Scale it down to a height of 2mm and a diameter of 12mm.
- Move it to the area marked in orange.

- Copy and paste the Cylinder.
- Move the new cylinder to the area marked in orange.

- This will be the button stem.

- Scale it smaller to a height of 5mm and size it to 8mm x 2mm.

- Move the stem to the top of the heart.

- Copy and paste the stem and make the new copy a hole.

- Scale the hole smaller to a size of 4mm x 7mm and a height of 3mm. Move the hole so it fits in the stem. You can see the location marked in orange.

- Group them by pressing the Group button in the menu bar.
