Introduction: Homemade Brownies
Homemade brownies from scratch
Supplies
Bowl, whisk, baking dish (preferably 8x8)
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder, sifted if lumpy
1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted if lumpy
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
3/4 teaspoons sea salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup canola oil or extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Step 1:
Preheat the oven at 160ºC, and lightly spray the 8x8 dish with cooking spray
Step 2:
In a medium bowl add 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar, 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 2/3 cup cocoa powder, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, 3/4 teaspoons sea salt
Step 3:
In a larger bowl add 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons water, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and mix it together
Step 4:
Take the dry mix and pour it over the wet mix, then mix it all together until it looks something like the picture above
Step 5:
Pour the mix into the 8x8 dish and carefully place it into the oven, set a 45 min timer
Step 6:
After 45 min check if they're ready by carefully poking a small toothpick, if there are a few to no crumbs on the toothpick they're ready.
Let them cool completely before cutting and eating.

Enjoy them!
