Chicken Broth Video

Ingredients:

4-5 pound whole chicken or parts, skinless

1 onion, chopped

2-3 cloves garlic, halved

2 carrots, chopped

2 celery stalks, chopped

1 leek, chopped

1 tsp salt

1 tsp peppercorn

2 bay leaves

a few fresh dill sprigs

a few fresh parslet sprigs

a few fresh cilantro sprigs

12 cups water
