Introduction: How to Make Lucky Stars

About: 14 years old, nz. Doubting my normality
folding them perfectly!

Step 1: You Will Need :D

1 RULER
1 PAIR OF SCISSORS
PAPER, EXERCISE BOOK OR SLIGHTLY LESS DENSE.

Step 2: CUT

DECIDE..how wide you want your paper to be, i used around about 2 bars of my exercise book paper. (one sheet only)

Step 3: CUT Out

cut along the length so you have one strip of paper (make sure the cut is clean and you are left with a strip.)

Step 4: HERE IS MY PAPER

IT'S ABOUT 1 CM BY 20 CM

Step 5: FOLLOW MY FOLDS

FOLD ABOUT 5 CM DOWN AND ACROSS THE PAPER TO THE LEFT

Step 6: FOLD IT AROUND THE BACK

OF THE PAPER AND THEN INFRONT AGAIN TO MAKE A 5 SIDED SHAPE

MAKE YOUR FOLDS CRISP AND LINE UP, TEAR OFF ANY EXCESS

Step 7: FOLLOW THROUGH FOLDING

PULL THE LONG END OVER THE SHAP END WRAP IT AROUND THE BACK SO IT MEETS THE OPPOSITE ONE DOWN THE BOTTOM.

CONTINUE THIS PROCESS UNTIL YOU HAVE A SHORT PIECE LEFT

Step 8: TYING UP!

AFTER MAKING SURE YOUR FOLDS ARE CRISP, TAKE THE SHORT TAIL AND MAKE SURE THAT IT FITS INSIDE THE SHAPE WITHOUT HANGING OVER THE EDGE. FOLD UNDER THE FLAP CREATED BY PREVIOUS FOLDING AND MAKE SURE IT IS NOT GOING TO COME OUT EASILY

Step 9: MAKING THEM PUFF

GENTLY PRESS YOUR THUMB PR FORE FINGER INTO EACH SIDE PRESSING TOWARD THE CENTRE, REPEAT AND MAKE SURE YOUR STAR IS PUFFED OUT FULLY (THIS TAKES PRACTISE....TOOK ME 3 YEARS TO DO IT PEOPERLY) AND THEN ENJOY!

you can write messages on the inside or do a fourtune/ wish. even use coloured paper!
