How to Create a Colour Palette

Interior decorating is all about colours and yet so many people shy away from it, choosing instead to keep to bland white and cream walls and never really being sure which colours really "go".

Making a colour palette couldn't be easier. Find a photo that you really like the 'feel' of - how the colours work together. It is much easier to imagine an atmosphere from a picture than it is from a book of colour cards from the DIY store.
