Introduction: How to Get a Clean Clear Photo Edit for Beginners

I just use a phone for this and it works great. I have been testing different picture editing and so far I like this one the best. I will show you a few examples.

Supplies

A phone and a location to take your picture.

Step 1: Before

This is the before picture of my adorable pup.

Step 2:

For my editing I trimmed the picture a bit so my pup was centered. Then I choose the filter frosty. The filters I use can differ but frosty went best with this picture. The light balance is 25, the brightness is -16, the exposure is 23, the contrast is 19, the highlights are -26, the shadows are -31, the saturation is -5, the tint is 22, and the tempature is -9.

Step 3:

Here are another photo with almost the same editing. On this one the saturation is at 100.

Step 4:

Here is one more example. In this one I changed the brightness to -20 and the exposure to 19.

Step 5:

You can see that these edits are a good base that you can look at and decide what you need to adjust. You may not have all these editing options but you should have simular options.
