How to Install Wipers on a J -Hook

Is installing window shield wipers on a J - Hook difficult? These instructions will describe how easy it is to install.

Supplies

2 - windshield wipers with J - hook

Step 1: Confirm Blade Size

Check owner's manual for the correct sized windshield wiper blades for your vehicle. Your owner's manual can typically be located in your car glove compartment.

Step 2: Removing the Old Wiper Blades

Remove the pre – installed pin from center of wiper frame. 

Step 3: Installing the New Blade

Slide the frame of the windshield wiper onto the arm (attached to the car) through the hole that matches to connect the new blade.

If applicable, install the alternate connector that is in the package by snapping the middle arch.

Press down on the wiper tab (if applicable).

Pull the blade straight down toward the windshield to remove the old wiper blade.

Slide your new wiper blade onto the hook until it clicks in place.
