How to Make Abstract Art With Rose

Hello! Today we are going to make a semi-easy Abstract Rose with coloring!

Step 1: What You Need:

• 1 Piece of Paper
• Pencil (Not mechanical)
• Flat Surface
• Coloring Materials (Colored Pencils, Markers, Ect.)
• Optional: Sharpie & Eraser

You will need 1 piece of paper either in a notebook or just singular. Next you will need any pencil. I would recommend not using mechanical because it is super light.

Step 2: Draw a Rose: Pt:1

Start by drawing a stem. Draw a singular line. MAKE SURE THIS ROSE IS NOT IN THE MIDDLE, HAS SPACE FOR THE ENTIRE ROSE, AND NOT TO BIG.

Step 3: Draw a Rose: Pt2

Here we are going to add some leaves onto the stem. Doesn't have to be perfect, we will go over later.

Step 4: Draw a Rose: Pt3 Making the Petals

Making the petals. Since we are doing an abstract drawing, make a swirl from big to small. The small will be the inside.

Step 5: Adding Detail to the Rose

Here we are just going to add detail by making leaves on the rose.

Step 6: Making Abstract Lines

Here we are going to scribble. Pretended there is a way to scribble in cursive. What ever shape you like. MAKE SURE TO CONNECT BACK TO THE ROSE.

Step 7: Optional Step: Trace & Erase

Trace with sharpie and then erase the pencil lines.

Step 8: Coloring!

Color in between lines. If a line crosses another line and creates a closed room/space, color that. Choose any color besides the color you used with the sharpie. Color the rose!
