Supplies

Material: 1.3mm two-tone ABS sheet blue to white

Laser head: standard head

Laser engraving machine: Thunder Bolt Pro32 55watt

Step 1: Setting Parameters:

Processing Mode:

Layer Yellow Engraving speed: 1000mm/s

Layer Yellow Engraving power: 5%

Layer Red Engraving speed: 1000mm/s

Layer Red Engraving power: 30%

Cutting speed: 40mm/s

Cutting power: 80%

We set two engrave layers for a more varied layered look and the finished laser signs shows a light blue body with white trim on the sides.

You can also draw on CorelDraw and then click on the laser plug-in to switch to the laser software. Set the appropriate parameters on the laser software and click Download to transfer the design to your laser engraving machine.

Step 2: Assemble It:

Place the ABS on the work table of the laser engraving machine, move the laser head to the proper position, adjust the focal length, press the “Origin” on the LCD control panel to set the starting position, and then press the “Start” to start the work.

Get the laser signs cut out and scrub it with a brush and water to remove dust, Let’s do it by yourself.
