This is a short tutorial on how to make a working bin in Minecraft!
Step 1: Clock Circuit
Make a clock circuit underneath the ground Don't know how make one? Visit https://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Make-a-Redstone-Clock-in-Minecraft/
Step 2: Linking
Link your clock to a dispenser faced down.
Step 3: Dispensing
Choose whether to dispense your items into the void or lava.
Step 4: Hoppers
Add a chain of hoppers from the bin to the dispenser.
Step 5: Done!
You have completed your working redstone bin.
