Introduction: How to Make a Mini Wooden Bluetooth Speaker
Material:
- any flat wood
mini speaker size of 1-7/8"
Tool:
- 1-7/8" Forstner Drill Bit
- mini speaker size of 1-7/8"
- wood glue
- clamps
- sanding machine
- saw
- sandpaper
- table saw
- vertical band saw
- drill press
- miter saw
Step 1:
use table saw and miter saw to cut 5 pieces of wood to 4" X 4"
Step 2:
use wood glue to glue them together to form a Box
Step 3:
use clamps and extra wood to line them up together for 12 hrs.
Tips: clamps on the extra wood piece so the clamps doesn't damage your wood box from pressure.
Step 4:
After 12 hrs, Use Forstner Drill Bit install it on the drill press to drill a hole in the middle. Top and bottom.
Step 5:
use the vertical band saw cut the 4 corners and use sanding machine to make it smoother.
Step 6:
lastly, put the speaker in the hole area. glue them if needed.
