Introduction: How to Make Indian Fry Bread
The reason I chose Indian Fry Bread is because some people may have never even heard of it, and would most likely like to try it. Indian Fry Bread is a unique type of food that taste really good. If your looking for a sweet easy snack this will be right for you.
The ingredients you will need are:
3cups flour
1tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1cup warm water
cinnimon(as much as needed)
sugar(as much as needed)
3 capfulls oil(any brand/type)
A fairly large frying pan

Step 1: Step One
First thing u need to do is combine all of the dry ingredients(flour,baking power,and salt).
Step 2: Step Two
Start to blend these all together until you get a doughy substance. Knead the dough when it is starting to form.

Keep adding water and flour to the mixture until you get the dough soft, yet not stickey.
Step 4: Step 4
When finished kneading. Cover bowl and let stand for 15 minutes.
Tip: It's good to let stand for 15 mins. and punch it down. might want to repeat 3 times.

Now pull off egg-sized dough balls and roll them out in to fairly thin rounds.

Fry the dough in a fairly large fryin pan. Fry rounds in HOT OIL [BE CAREFUL!!!!!] until bubbles appear then flip and cook on that side until that side is golden brown.

Serve hot. Try brushing on some honey, powdered sugar and cinnimon,or a jelly of your choice. and now take the time to smuther yourself with something good like this. SOOO GOOD.
