How to Make a Ruler Catapult

You will need

Short ruler
Elastic band (quite thick)
Bulldog clip-Small enough to fit on the end of your ruler

Step 1: I Dont Really Know What to Call It . the Final Step?

Put the bulldog clip on the end of the ruler then put the elastic band onto the bulldog clip. Then use pencils to fire.
