Introduction: How to Paint an Airsoft Gun Camo
in this instructable, I will show you the step by step process to painting a nice camouflage pattern.
Step 1: Taping
before you begin painting, make sure you tape up any part of the gun you don't want painted. also, tape up any moving parts. in the picture you can see I have taped the barrel and the pistol grip.
Step 2: Base Layer
when painting camp, make sure you have a light base layer, then as you paint, you can add the darker colors in. I painted mine tan.
Step 3: Making the Camo Stencils
Step 4: Paint on the Stencils
When painting with stencils you want to start with your lightest color and end with your darkest color. After you have painted on your stencil you may want to touch up the paint job with your base color again.
Step 5: Clear Coat Your Paint Job
After you are done painting the camo, you'll want to go back to the gun and paint over it with a clear sealant so that you will not ruin your paint job.
Step 6: Finished!
After you have applied all the paint and a protective coating you want to let the gun dry for half a day. after that time is up, remove your tape and reassemble your gun.
