Introduction: How to Spraypaint
The basic idea of this instructable is to teach the reader how to use spray paint to make cool designs, like the one on the CO2 racer in the picture. The materials needed are:
2 colors of spray paint
masking tape
For this instructable, I used:
Packing Tape
wax paper
Also, you will need scissors and some space outside.

Step 1: Setup/Materials
Basically gather your materials (1) and put some pieces of packing tape on the wax paper (2).
Step 2: Spraying Step 1
Go outside and spray on the wax paper (get all of the tape) with your first color. Let it dry before moving on.
Step 3: Taping/Coat #2
First use the masking tape to make a design on the packing tape (1). Then spray the ENTIRE AREA with your second color, leaving almost none.
Step 4: Pull Up Your Tape
Once the second color is dry, pull up your masking tape and voila! Patterns.
Make sure you let your paint dry COMPLETELY before you put down tape for sharp lines. For a different effect, do what I did and put it down earlier.
Also, if you are using wood, don't forget to prime, or else the wood will soak up all of the paint.
These can be used as fake ipod skins, etc.
There are limitless possibilities...
