Hula Cookies

These sugar cookies are cut out with gingerbread man cookie cutters and decorated with special cookie frosting. The cookie frosting can be replaced with a powdered sugar, water, and food coloring mixture. 

I brought these to a Hawaiian themed party and they were a hit!
