Step 1: Install Metal Film Resistors at R1-R7.

Step 2: Pay Attention to the LED Pins.

Please pay attention to the mark of LED silk screen which can distinguish positive and negative poles.

Step 3: Install LEDs at LED1~LDE19, Transistor at Q1~Q3, Electrolytic Capacitor at C1~C4

Please pay attention to the installation direction. The arc on the PCB corresponds to the arc of the components.

Please pay attention to distinguish between positive and negative.The Longer pin is positive pole.

Step 4: Install Resistors at R1-R6, LEDs at LED1~LDE19, Transistor at Q1~Q3

Please ay attention to the installation direction.

Step 5: Install Capacitors at C1~C4, Resistors at R1-R3, R5, R6

Step 6: Install 1pcs Socket at U2, 1pcs Capacitor at C1

There is a mark on one end of the IC Socket and there is a mark on PCB where the IC Socket can place on.These two marks are corresponding to each other and are used to specify the installation direction of the IC Socket.

Step 7: Install 2pcs Transistor at Q1-Q2, 1pcs Music IC

Note: User does not need to install BJ1522 if does not need music.

Step 8: Install 1pcs Capacitor at C2, 1pcs Potentiometer at R7

Step 9: Install Buzzer and Power Socket

Note: User does not need to install Buzzer if does not need music.

Step 10: ​Install 1pcs DIP-8 LM358 at U2, 18pcs LEDs at D1~D18, 1pcs DC Motor

There is a mark on one end of the LM358 and there is a mark on IC Socket where the LM358 can place on. These two marks are corresponding to each other and are used to specify the installation direction of the LM358.

There is no need to distinguish between positive and negative for DC motor.

Step 11: Fix Motor, Screws, Copper Pillar and Metal Springs

Note:Please do not use nuts to fix!

Metal Spring at 3mm holes. are used to provide work power for circular rotating PCB.

Step 12: Assemble 2pcs Tree Pcb, Install Copper Pillar and Screw, Fixed Bottom Round PCB

Please pay attention to the correspondence between VCC and GND on two round PCB.

Step 13: Done!
