Introduction: Ice Cream in a Can
Wanna make homemade ice cream in a super easy and fun way that can be made in less than 15 minutes!? If so, we have the perfect recipe for you!
Step 1: Ingredients
¼ cup of Milk
¼ cup of Whipping cream
¼ teaspoon of Vanilla
1 tablespoon of Sugar
6 tablespoons of Rock salt
Toppings of your choice (optional)
Other things you’ll need:
A large circular can with a lid
Enough ice to fill it ¾ full
One quart sized Ziploc bag
Timer
Approximate time: About 11-12 minutes; 5 minutes of rolling the jar of ingredients included!

Step 2: Fill the Circular Container
Fill your circular container ¾ of the way full with ice then add 6 tablespoons of rock salt to the container. Put on the lid and set aside.
Step 3: In a Ziploc Bag Put
In a Ziploc bag put ¼ cup of milk, ¼ cup of whipping cream
Step 4: To the Ziploc Add
To your Ziploc bag that already has milk and whipping cream add ¼ teaspoon of vanilla, and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Step 5: Close the Ziploc Bag Entirely
Close the bag making sure it is zipped completely and has no extra air.

Step 6: Put the Ziploc in the Ice
Put the Closed Ziploc bag in the ice container you prepared in step one. Then close the container tightly.

Step 7: Begin to Roll
Set timer for 5 minutes and begin to roll the container.
**Make sure you have plenty of space to roll the container. It can get messy, so you can put down paper towels to roll it on. Also, you can have a partner with you to roll the container to each other to be more efficient**

Step 8: After You Have Rolled the Container
After rolling for five minutes take the Ziploc bag out of the ice container and check to make sure it is the ice cream consistency you want. If it is too runny an additional 2 minutes of rolling may be needed.
Once you have reached your desired ice cream consistency take the bag out of the container and push all ice cream to the bottom of the bag so it can be easily scooped out.

Step 9: Scoop & Enjoy
Scoop out the ice cream and put it into a bowl. Once you have it in the bowl you can add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
