This is the First House that I am building for my Tortoise. He usually sleeps underneath the Cupboard. So we decided to make a House for him.

Supplies

White Sunboard/Foam Board Sheet (Thickness: 5mm)
X-Acto Knife. You can also use a Utility Knife
Pencil
Measuring Scale
Super Glue
Spray Paint (choose Color according to your choice)
Stones/Pebbles/Small Trees for Decoration

Step 1: CAD Design

Initially I started doing Brainstorming on the Tortoise House and came with a very simple Design. I then designed it on the Fusion 360 and created its solid Model.

Step 2: Arrange and Make Cuts of Sunboard/Foam Boards

Initially we would be making the Base for the whole house. After that we would be cutting a sheet for the Inner House then accordingly make cuts for the Fence and Side walls of the Inner House. To Glue them we would be using Super Glue and to make Cuts you can use Hobby Knife. Check the Photos for the Dimensions. I have also added DXF file for the same.

Step 3: Glue the Internal House

Glue the inner house with the Super-Glue and also glue the Fences along with it. Make Cutouts with X-Acto Knife and complete the setup. Your Tortoise House should be almost completed.

Step 4: Attach Hood and Complete Your Tortoise House

Now Glue the Hood of the Inner House, you can also add chimney to it which is optional. Your Tortoise House is ready only you need to color them.

Step 5: Colour the Tortoise House

You can use Acrylic color or Spray paint. I have used Spray paint to them. You can use any color combinations of your Choice. Your Tortoise House is ready now. For Decoration you can add Stones/Pebbles etc.
