Introduction: Jalapeno Mac & Cheese

I originally planned this recipe for the 20 minutes or less contest, but I never got around to completing it. This recipe is quick, easy, and very tasty!

Step 1: BoM

Pasta

2-4 Fresh Jalapenos

4-8oz Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese

1/4 cup cream

1/4 butter

Salt to taste

Step 2: Pasta

Add water, salt, and a little oil to a large pot and bring to a boil. When the water is boiling add your pasta and cook until the pasta is tender, about 8-10 minutes.

When the pasta is ready, drain it and then return to the pot and set aside. My mom usually adds a little butter to the pasta at this point, which is optional.

Step 3: Jalapeno Cheese

In a smaller pot, add the butter and cream, and heat on low-medium. Add the jalapenos and cheese and stir. Continue cooking until the cheese is melted. Depending on your thickness preference, you can add more cream.

Step 4: Mix!

When the cheese sauce is ready, pour it into the pot with the pasta and mix well. Serve immediately (although it's great the second and third time around).
