Introduction: Jet Lag Fighting Kit

I love to travel, but long distance travel means jet lag. Jet lag is awful, from being sleepy, to waking up in the middle of the night and staying up. This kit will hopefully help you survive the horrors of jet lag.

Step 1: Assembling the Materials

What you'll need is: a reusable bag, some sort of movie player, a travel pillow, snacks, music and gum.

Step 2: Watching Movies

The first goal in fighting jet lag is to stick to the new time period no matter what. During the day, one way to stay awake is to watch an exciting movie.

Step 3: Going Outside

Another way to stay awake is to get outside in the morning. Even just five minutes standing outside works! To make sure it works, take a jog outside and listen to some music.

Step 4: Eating

You may have odd cravings at 2 AM, but again it's best to stick to schedule and only at at normal times. Eat small meals throughout the day to stay energized. Snack bars are great! If you are really hungry in the middle of the night try chewing gum.

Step 5: Sleeping

You may find it hard to fall asleep at night, so make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Set the temperature to 70 F, which is priced to be best for sleeping. Snuggle up in soft blankets with stuffed animals and play calm, quiet music in the background.

Hope this helps!
