Step 1: Pieces You'll Need

Step 2: Start With the Bottom

Add the red 2x4s to the bottom of the curved red ones

Step 3: Add the Wierd Black Piece to the Front and the Long Black Pieces to the Side

Step 4: Add One White 2x1 and a Gray One to the Yellow Piece and Then Attach That to the Back

Step 5: Add the White Pieces Around the Edges

Step 6: Then Add the Seat and Steering Wheel

And you're Done!
