Intro: Making an Electromagnet

Hi guys

and i am going to make electromagnet

STEP 1: Things You Need

To make an electromagnet, all you need is:

  • A piece of wire
  • A nail
  • A battery
  • Some tape

STEP 2: Procedure

Take the nail

Start winding the nail with wire 20-25 times and leave some space for attaching battery

Use some tape to fix it(as the wire needs to be stuck to the nail)

Attach the battery

STEP 3: Verifying With Some Iron Fillings

verify the electromagnet using iron filling
