Introduction: Mans Path Into Natures Path, Pedestrian Bridge
My name is Elijah, I am 16 and in 11th Grade, I am a home schooler who has been 3D modeling and engineering for over 4 years. This bridge I created aims to bring Humans closer to both each other and nature. Imagine walking through what at first looks and feels like an ordinary city bridge just to be met with the beautiful vines and leaves of nature. I feel this bridge will fit very well in any nature preserve that is located in a city. creating the transition from the city to nature in what I like to think of as "the Disney style" really gives an immersive experience all while crossing a simple bridge.

Step 1: Design
First step in any project is to design what you want before hacking into whatever material your using. I found some note paper and a pen and sketched what I thought would be a neat (maybe not the most piratical) design for a pedestrian bridge. after I had the design in hand, I got to cadding.
Step 2: Creating
Figuring out how to put something together I find is much harder the designing it. I took about 2 hours just messing with techniques to insure ill bring a quality model to the table. if I could have one word of advice it would be to never call it done too early. spending late nights isn't ideal but is how I got it done in time.
Step 3: Finalizing
When deciding how I wanted to display this model I wanted to make it as realistic as I could. I decided to import my model into Unreal Engine to get the most realistic digital photo of my model in a scale environment. I am quite happy with how this project turned out and I hope you are too!
