Step 1: Lasercut the Lampshade and Base

Lasercut the lampshade and base design out of 3,6mm plywood and glue the pieces together using woodglue/superglue. Hanging the lamp will make this process easier.

Step 2: 3D-printing the Hinges

3D-print the hinges, using the .stl-files.

Step 3: Sawing the Dowels

Saw the dowels into eight pieces of 416 mm and four pieces of 40 mm.
Make sure that all pieces have the same lengths by sanding down the ends.

Step 4: Attach the Switch and Plug to the Cord

(Skip this step if the switch and plug are already on the cord).

Cut the cord in half 600 mm behind the lamp fitting using the pliers.
Strips the wires using a wire-stripper/a knife and attached them to the switch and plug using a screwdriver.

Step 5: Assembling the Parts

Connect the hinges with the dowels by using superglue.
Assemble the hinges/arms using the M4 x ...mm hex bolts and butterfly nuts.
