Introduction: Mechanical Flux Dispenser
The previous version of the dispenser turned out to be quite a popular tool, but in the process of work in recent years, claims to it have accumulated :) Or rather, to the work process. For example, solder paste needs to be stored in the refrigerator, and I also pack it mainly into small syringes. And you do not need a lot of solder paste when working with small soldering. Yes, and it is not possible to push through a large amount of paste from a large syringe normally. So this time I made a 5CC syringe dispenser.
Supplies
In principle, this model was not planned at all, since I am now working on an electric dispenser, but suddenly I realized that such a design also has a place to be. Moreover, it did not take much time. YOU will learn about the electric flux and paste dispenser in due time, when I finish working on it, and there is no battery yet, there is more on the way ...
As you can already see that there are almost no printed parts, well, a bit at all, since I took a very reliable syringe adapter for a pneumatic dispenser as a basis. By the way, you can't work with a pneumatic dispenser for little things either, while pumping up the compressor, while adjusting the flow, etc. Well, in general, that one is for prototypes and small, very small works. But for the little works you need this ...
Anyone can probably collect it, there is only a small note, and perhaps a very important one! The O-ring of the piston needs to be cut into a small groove for air passage when installing the syringe. That's all :) How and how to drill and cut - I'm sure you know :)
Only a few photos from the materials that are being prepared for the next project on the specifics of preparing the adapter. This procedure is not much different, except for the depth of the bearing holes. (Drawing in the project archive). The material is perfectly processed, polished, drilled and carved is also excellent ... However, in the next publication there will be all the details, and this is just "a little distracted"...
