Introduction: Mixed Berry Slushies!
This slushie (cold drink) is perfect to cool off for summer with its ice-cream 🍦like texture! It’s very simple and healthy too! This recipe makes 2 big glasses 🥛🥛of berry slushies (Serves 2).
Supplies
Ingredients:
-2 cups frozen mixed berries
-1 cup of milk of choice
-1 tablespoon honey
-1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
-ice cubes to serve
Utensils:
-A blender/food processor
-Measuring cups and spoons
-2 big glasses
-2 spoons to serve
Step 1:
Put the frozen berries and milk of choice in the blender/food processor and blend until fully combined.
Step 2:
Add honey and vanilla essence and blend until combined. It should be a deep pink/purple colour.
Step 3:
Pour slushie into the 2 big glasses and serve with ice and 2 spoons.
