Introduction: Mp3 Files Extraction From a CD

This tutorial is about ripping music from a CD.

Supplies

  • A computer with Media Player ( Windows )
  • A DVD drive, potentially external
  • A music CD

Step 1: Insert the Music CD

Insert the CD into the drive and start " Media Player ".

Step 2: Display the Music Titles

Click on the CD title to get the music titles to display.

Step 3: Modify the Rip Settings

To access " Rip settings ", click on the three dots to the right of " Rip CD ".

The default setting should be " ACC ".

Set the setting to " MP3 ".

Step 4: Start the Rip

Click on " Rip CD " to start the music extraction.

Step 5: Files Location

You should find the files in the " Music " folder.
