Introduction: Homemade Tesla Coil

About: White trash leftist Scrap metal enjoyer Scrounger
I have recently completed and tested a spark gap tesla coil. So I figured I'd post some photos of it on here. I found out about tesla coils a little over a year ago. I was looking on the web and I came across a website that had some kits for sale. I was reading the details and about what they did and was like,"Thats awesome!". So I started reading about them, and decided to try and build one. The first one did not turn out well, neither did  the next few attempts. Eventhough I couldnt get it to work, I kept trying, and finally I built the coil I have now. Its not the most impressive thing you have ever seen, but im pretty proud of it. I've more or less gained the reputation as the crazy experimentor in my industrial electricity class because of experiments an things of this nature. I hope to improve on this one, but I think its pretty cool the way it is. You be the judge, tell me what you think.
