Introduction: Not Your Moma's Cabbage
Cabbage, what a wonderful veggie! this is a fast, easy way to make it.
Ingredients:
- 1 quater of a large cabbage. I used a half of a baby cabbage and it served 3. Cabbage gives great yield cooked this way.
- 3 garlic cloves choped small
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- 1 tablespoon of white vinegar + tablespoon of water
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Step 1:
Slice you cabbage as thin as you can get it. This is the hardest step in the whole dish.
Step 2:
In a saute pan heat up the oil and fry the garlic.
add the salt, pepper, paprika and stir for a second.
Add the thin sliced cabbage, stir for a minute to warm it up. Use high heat, you want the water +vinegar mix to sizzle.
Add the vinegar and water shut the heat off, cover the pan and let it sit for 2 minutes.
