Introduction: Organize Small Things Like Electronic Parts
Electronic parts are very super duper small! Too small and easy to lose so welcome my newly designed 3D printed storage box organizers! Complete with lids, labels, and magnetic aligners.
I made this with electronic parts in mind, but they can be used for anything small! If it fits, it's organized.
Supplies
You probably already have most of the smaller items like scissors, super glue, and paper.

Neodymium Ring Magnets (12pk) 9.53x3.18x1.53mm https://www.magnetsource.com/products/07090
Step 1: Assembly
Start by 3D printing the storage boxes. I provided all 6 types but you might only need 3 types or maybe 10 of the same type so think about what you need before 3D printing it.
I designed the lids to be very tight. So you might even need to lightly sand the edges for that perfect snug fit.
I provided a png of the paper labels. I opened the png in photoshop to add the text I wanted then print, cut, and glue to the lid keeping in mind the orientation since the lid goes on in one direction. An alternative would be to print the paper labels blank and write on it or the lid directly.
This is optional but I designed the boxes to hold these magnets so the boxes snap together to stay organized. Super glue the magnets to the 3D print keeping in mind the polarity so that opposite poles attract.
Step 2: Store Items and Stay Organized
Store anything you want inside these tiny boxes! These are great for small items, the lids fit tight for security and portability, and they are very customizable so I hope it helps you stay organized!
