Introduction: Origami Dog
There seem to be a lack of origami dogs, so I modified a common-ish model to make this
Step 1:
Begin with a blank piece of origami paper or squared printer paper.
(Disregard the folds; I had messed up. =_=')
(Disregard the folds; I had messed up. =_=')
Step 2:
Flip.
Step 3:
Fold one corner to the center. If you are having issues making these folds match up, fold the sides of the paper together, making an "X" in the center.
Step 4:
Fold a second corner to the center.
Step 5:
Fold the third corner to the center.
Step 6:
Flip.
Step 7:
Fold one side to the center.
Step 8:
Fold the other side to the center.
Step 9:
Squish one flap open.
Step 10:
Squish other flap open
Step 11:
Bring back flap to front.
Step 12:
Flip.
Step 13:
Fold flaps in half, this is crucial!!!
Step 14:
This is the only tricky part. Bring the side to the center
Step 15:
After the hard step, fold the flap you made behind.
Step 16:
Fold down the square (turned on a corner) flap.
Step 17:
Make the head by folding down the protrusion.
Step 18:
Fold the tail to a 90 degree angle
Step 19:
Fold the nose the same way as the tail, fold the tip backwards, and fold part of the head backwards
Step 20:
Fold the edges of the tail inward. To what point is not necessarily important.
