Step 1: Materials

All you need for this project is scissors and a piece of paper

Step 2: Fold

Fold the paper to make a square. Do this by taking a corner and folding it across the paper as shown. Make sure the edges line up.

Step 3: Cut

Cut away the paper that will not be part of your square. You can discard that extra piece.

Step 4: Fold

When you unfold your triangle you should have a square. Make another crease to form an "x" across your paper. This is done by folding from corner to corner.

Step 5: Fold

Take each corner and fold it into the center.

Step 6: Fold

Flip over the piece of paper. Once again fold each corner into the center of the paper.

Step 7: Fold

Fold your square in half to form a rectangle shape.

Step 8: Complete

Place your fingers underneath each square. Then push your fingers up and towards the center to give it shape. You can now write inside this device to tell fortunes
