Introduction: Parmesan Encrusted Tilapia
In this instructable, I will show you how to make parmesan encrusted tilapia.
Step 1: Ingredients
For this recipe, you will need:
4 tilapia fillets
2 tbsp canola oil
1/2 c panko
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 lemons
2 eggs
Step 2: Add the Fish to Water
Wash the fish off and pat dry.
Step 3: Grab Some Bowls
In one bowl, beat the eggs, in a separate bowl, mix the panko, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and rosemary together.
Step 4: Assemble!
Dip the fish into the eggs, then coat with the dry mixture.
Step 5: Fish Fry
Heat 1/2 of the canola oil in a skillet on medium high heat. Place two fillets in the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes per side, or until they are completely done. Remove the fillets from the skillet and repeat the process using the last of the oil and remaining two fillets.
Step 6: Don't Forget the Lemons!
Cut the lemons into quarter wedges.
Step 7: Enjoy!
