Introduction: Pb&j "quesadillas"

About: Starting a small crafting business, and selling my wares https://www.facebook.com/pages/Cassies-Collection/110172862405432
These are pb&j "quesadillas" for the kids (or whoever, they're yummy all around!)
They are based loosely on standard cheese quesadillas...just without the cheese...and salsa...and sour cream

Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients!

Your ingredients are

-peanut butter ((or any other nut butter)) I used smooth peanut butter but you can use crunchy if that's your preference

-jelly, jam, preserves, marmalade....whatever you make your pb&j sandwiches with... We had cheap strawberry spread on hand

-flour tortilla shells 8" size

-vanilla Greek yogurt

Step 2: Build the Pb&j "quesadilla"

-Lay out one tortilla shell

-Spread peanut butter on half

-Spread your jelly on the other half

Step 3: Cook It!

Time to cook 'em'

-fold in half

-lay on cooking implement

-cook on medium/medium high heat until it starts turning toasty brown...this took 4 minutes on our 'presto pizza pizzazz'

Cut into four pieces, let cool until room temperature and serve with a little dish of vanilla Greek yogurt

Enjoy! :-)
