remove the trees in the front of the image by selecting them and deleting them with backspace.

Step 1: Step 2

use the copy stamp tool from this image to then put fill in the water with this color.

Step 2: Step 3

once your image looks like this take this image and use the copy stamp tool to get the sand and create land. you want this new layer below the layer of water.

Step 3: Step 4

once the image looks like this take this image of a rock and put rocks over some of the sand to show that it is a mountain.

Step 4: Step 5

make sure the rock layer is over the snad and make the image looks like this.

Step 5: Step 6

use the quick selection tool to get the mountains and use the hue to create this shade for the trees.

Step 6: Step 7

create a new layer for the sky at the top and use this image to fill in the sky but don't color over the trees.

Step 7: Step 8

Turn down the opacity to 30 and use the copy stamp to get the cloud and color the blank spaces between the trees and sky.

Step 8: Step 9

use the burn tool to darken the sky a bit.

Step 9: Step 10

now if there are any gaps in the hue go back to the hue layer and use the spot healing tool to fix them.
