Ping pong Ball

Something that will poke a hole in something (Knife)

Colered Sharpies

Coins

Step 1: Holes

First grab your Knife and ping pong ball. Then cut a hole on each side of the ping pong ball

Step 2: Pipe Cleaner Insert

Once you have your holes grab a pipe cleaner and insert it into the holes and tie or knot the pipe cleaners.
