Introduction: Powder Coated Steel THINK Sign
A while ago, I used QCAD and CorelDraw to make a design for a simple 4 3/4" x 14 1/2" THINK sign. I purchased some 1/8" steel and cut the design out using a CNC Plasma Cutter. Not knowing exactly what to do with it, it sat in my garage for a time and rusted. I recently took a class on sand blasting and powder coating and decided to bring the THINK sign back to life. I sand blasted the sign and it took on a nice gray color. I then powder coated the sign with Smurf Blue powder coating. I turned out great and is now ready to be proudly displayed.
