Materials: Brush Elastic Hair spray

Step 1: The Start

Brush the hair until flat

Step 2: Pulling

Take the short pieces and fly aways and hold them in your hand

Step 3: Tie It Up

Take an elastic rap it around the hair and take the long pieces of hair and tie them in to so the hair does not flop

Step 4: The Spray

Add the hair spray spray close so you get clouds of hair spay

Step 5: Flatten

Flatten the lumps of hair spray so the hair gets hard
