Supplies

2 tomatoes (Chopped)

2 Banana Shallots ( Chopped)

1 Carrot( Chopped)

4 to 5 Beans (Chopped)

1 Bell Pepper(Chopped)

5 to 6 Baby Corn( Chopped)

2 Green Chillies(Chopped)

Salt

Chilli Powder

Turmeric Powder

One Cup of Quinoa

Cashew Nuts

Water

Step 1: Fry Jeera, Green Chillies and Cashew Nuts

  1. Switch on the Stove
  2. Keep the Kadai on the stove.
  3. Add Two Tablespoons of Oil
  4. Add Jeera and Chopped Green Chillies fry for sometime
  5. Then Add Cashew Nuts fry all for sometime.

Step 2: Add Onions and Bell Peppers

In this step fry them by adding Salt, Chilli Powder and Turmeric Powder.

Step 3: Add Carrots ,Beans and Baby Corn

Once the Onions and Bell peppers are Cooked. Now Add Baby Corn,Carrots and Beans, combine them and let it cook for sometime.

Shift the Mixture into a bowl

Step 4: Preparation of Tomato Puree

Add the chopped tomatoes into the mixer grinder

Grind it for about a minute

Tomato Puree is ready!!!

Step 5: Cooking Process of Quinoa

Add the onions and fry till it softens with little salt.

Now Add Tomato Puree and cook for sometime

Then Add Washed Quinoa

One glass of water

Close the lid and boil it for sometime

Step 6: Final Step

Add the fried vegetables to the quinoa and mix it

Leave it for sometime in the low flame

Then Switch off the Stove

Shift it to the plate or bowl of your choice


Step 7: Preparation of Almond Curd Raita

  1. Fry the Baby Corn and Carrot in a kadai
  2. Add the tomato puree
  3. Add little salt
  4. In the mixer grinder Add 4 tablespoons of almond curd and fried tomato mixture
  5. Grind It until it becomes paste.

Step 8: Almond Raita and Quinoa Bowl Is Ready!!!!

Ready to Serve!!!
