Introduction: Red Riding Hood Makeover

About: In case you were wondering, Griffy is my sweet, adorable wire-haired dachshund!
First of all, I can't believe how many of you commented on, favorited, and viewed my steampunk makeover! It actually got featured on the home page, and I wouldn't be there without all of you guys! Thanks to all of you for getting me this far! :D

Step 1: Hair

The look I am going for is nostalgic and grown-up at the same time. Some good ideas are half-up, twists or braids, curled, pigtails, and other styles along those lines. I am going to do a style like Belle had in the Disney movie Beauty and the Beast (half-up with a bun on top) because I like doing cool things with the layers in my hair. I am brushing out my hair and separating the top layers, then twisting them into a bun. I would curl my hair but sadly I can't find my curling iron.

Step 2: Prep

Apply any concealers, primers or chapsticks you would like. I am using...
-EOS chapstick
-Covergirl Smoothers 710 Translucent Light and my e.l.f. Professional Bronzing Brush
-Both the white and the beige eyeshadow primers from my NYC Individual Eyes eyeshadow palette

Step 3: Eyes

I am using two Wet 'n' Wild eyeshadow palettes: My beige and brown one has the sticker ripped off, so I don't know the name, but my pink and gold is the Wet 'n' Wild 334 I'm Getting Sunburned eyeshadow palette. I am layering them as shown in the photos. Add eyeliner (do a cat-eye if you want) and mascara.

Step 4: Lips

I am using my Ulta Lip Crayon in Date Night, it is red, which is perfect for this. You can use gloss if you want.

Step 5: Blush

Brush it onto either the apples of your cheeks or your cheekbones.

Step 6: Accesories

I thought I heard somewhere that dogs used to be some sort of wolf, so here is the adorable, the awesome, the dog my username is name after...Griffy! It's short for Gryffindor, my aunts gave him to us and they had named him Gryffindor, like from Harry Potter. I also put on a pair of wolf ears that I got from the Girl Scout Howl-Out that I went to at Great Wolf Lodge with my Girl Scout Troop.
