HI TODAY I WILL SHOW YOU HOW I MADE A RELAY BASED H BRIDGE MOTOR DRIVER THAT I USED IN MY EDGE AVOIDING ROBOT AND OBSTACLE AVOIDING ROBOT.
PARTS YOU NEED
1. RELAY SWITCH
2. TRANSISTOR BC547
3. DIODE. IN4007
4. RESISTOR 1K
5. LED
6. PCB
Step 1:
YOU CAN USE L293D MODULE IN THESE ROBOTS BUT IT WORKS PROPERLY AT 9V.I AM GOING TO MAKE ONE
CHANNEL THAT INCLUDE TWO RELAYS AND TWO TRANSISTORS
HERE YOU CAN SEE IN ALL CONNECTION THE DIAGRAM.ONE IMPORTANT THING I DIDNT INCLUDE IN THIS VIDEO IS A FLYBACK DIODE WHICH NEED TO BE CONNECTED BETWEEN RELAYS INDUCTOR/COIL.
Step 2:
YOU CAN SEE IN VIDEO IF I GIVE A POSITIVE SUPPLY TO ONE LED THEN MOTOR TURNS CLOCKWISE
AND IF I GIVE THAT SUPPLY TO OTHER LED MOTOR TURNS ANTICLOCKWISE
