Introduction: Rice Flour and Spinach Pan Cakes

-Rice flour spinach pan cakes are simple and healthy made with rice flour and spinach leaves.

Ingredients:

-2 cups rice flour

-3 to 4 tbsp chick pea flour

-Finely chopped onions

-chopped spinach leaves

-chopped green chillies

-Few dry mehti(fenugreek) leaves(optional)

-Few sesame seeds

-salt as per taste

-Any cooking oil

-Litltle water

Step 1: Adding All Ingredients

-Take rice flour in bowl and all ingredients finely chopped onions,green chillies, few fenugreek leaves to it.

Step 2: Add Chopped Spinach

-Add chopped spinach,sesame seeds and salt as per taste.

-Add 3 to 4 tbsp chick pea flour and mix every thing

Step 3: Make Dough

-Now add very little water and make a firm dough. (Dough consistency should be like we must be able to spread on butter paper.) Dont add more water.

Tip:

-Dont allow the dough to rest for large period. Prepare pan cakes immediately,the more you rest it becomes soggy and will be difficult to prepare.

Step 4: Spreading

-Take some polythene sheet and apply little oil to it

.-Take small portion of dough and make round ball. Place ball on sheet and slowly spread with hands by applying little oil on hands.(First flatten to samll circle)

Step 5: Transfer to Baking Paper

-Now transfer the polythene sheet as shown in my images on to baking paper

- Applying very little pressure slightly flatten it using roller(Dont apply high pressure with roller)

Step 6: Remove the Polythene Cover

-Now remove the polythene cover slowly.

Step 7: Transfer Baking Paper on to Pan

- Heat the pan and keep ready.After removing polythene sheet.Transfer the dough on to pan by reversing paper.

-once heated you can easily remove baking paper from pan without breaking the dough.

Step 8: Cooking

-Cook the transferred dough by adding few tsp oil on all edges. once one side gets roasted flip and cook on other side.

-Serve pan cakes with curd
