Introduction: SIP Arjun_wall Clock Woodwork
Modern Wall clock is a simple project which we can d in a few hours.the clock is made by wood,string,clock mechanism and some power tools.
Supplies
50cm diameter plywood circle
Clock mechanism
Bee wax
Warnish paint
Cotton balls
TOOLS:utility knife

Step 1: Crafting
First a circle of 50cm is made on a plywood and outlined with a compass and pencil.it is the cut into the respective shape.it is done by the use of a curve saw.
Step 2: Modification and Polishing
Some things are modified as the clock background is blacish red,then the hour,minute and second hand should changed a lighter colour preferably white.
The paint is then left to dry as even the number in the clock are painted.
It's then polish to give it an new glow and to make it shine.

Step 3: Sanding and Protecting
The curves of the circle will have chips of wood and rough curves.these can cause splinter during its setup or transport.so the curves are sanded and smooth by angle grinder which have two parts..fisrt the high grated grinder is used and for smoother surface a less grated one is used in the process
Step 4: Warning of Clock and Design
To add colour and design for the clock we used the maroon Danish which was concentrated to give a darker tone.
Then it's left to dry once the clock is fully covered
Next after the process of drying,we start to add the numerical values that would be present in a normal clock

Step 5: Assembly
The body of the wall clock is attached to the clock machine.then the battery is added,which results In working of the clock.
The finished product when placed is wall will ououtshine the other woodcrafts
