Step 2: Making of Radial Arms

Tie the thread in a cross manner thereafter make it to a 8 Radial Arms.You can vary the arms accordingly.

Step 3: Making of Web

Tie the thread in each radial arms with a high tension.Follow this procedure for the following arms.
