Introduction: Secret Box (3D Printed)
A minimal secret box. Hide your things here and nobody will find them!
Supplies
Black PLA filament and a 3D printed
Step 1: 3D Modeling in TINKERCAD
I have used TINKERCAD as a CAD program to model this box.
Very simple to do, the only thing that must be taken into account that on the inside of the box there must be a ledge on which the cover rests. This ledge as shown in the image has to go towards the bottom of the box at one end since it will be there where we have to press to lift the cover.
Step 2: Slicing in CURA
I used CURA as the slicing program for the model, but you can use any other, I recommend putting the layer height and fill specifications that I show in the image. Supports are not required as the box (takes 8 hours to print) and the lid (1 hour) are printed separately.
Step 3: 3D Print
Now you just have to wait for the printer to print it. I have used my Creality Ender 3.
Step 4: Details
Our minimalist cube is ready and it seems that inside it does not hide anything, since when the lid fits perfectly it does not look like a box that stores anything.
Step 5: Open It!
However, by pressing your finger on the right part (that you only know) you manage to uncover the box and reveal what it hides inside!
Now you have a safe place to hide what you don't want anyone to see.
