Introduction: Sick Mummy Skull

Have you ever wanted to prank your friends/family without making something too gory? Well, you came to the right place. This tutorial will shows you how to make a funny mummy skull that vomits water. it is easy and fun. I did this as a project for school and it was my first project like this. Enjoy!!

Step 1: The Materials

For your project you will need:

- One 9 volt battery

- Paper tape

- Aluminium tape

- Wires (a crap ton of wires)

- Water pump

- Something big that can hold water to feed the water pump

- Cardboard

- A white mask in plastic (Look picture)

- Glue gun

- Paint

That’s it

Step 2: Step 1: Making the Structure

Take your mask, cut out the rubber band behind and the mouth part while still leaving the nose. Then cut out a cardboard piece in the same shape as the mask so that you can stick it to the cardboard. Then try to take pieces of cardboard of the same height (doesn't matter how long as long as they're all the same height) and stick them vertically to the back of the other cardboard piece so it make a structure. The picture shows how it is supposed to look.

Step 3: Step 2: the Looks

Time to make it look more like a mummy by taking paper tape and taping the entire surface (don't be scared to use multiple rolls of tape) while still leaving the back of the structure intact so you can later put the electric circuit inside. Finally prepare a painted square 10x10 inches approximately of cardboard for the future switch

Step 4: Step 3: the Circuit

Take your 9 volt battery and a couple of wires. Take off the plastic cover off of both ends of the wires and put them around one end of the battery. Then take your water pump take one of the wires and do the same thing . Then take (again) a separate wire and put around on the other part of the pump.

Step 5: Step 4: the Switch

Take a piece of cardboard and paint however you like, colour doesn’t matter. Try to fold it equally like on the picture and then pierce 1 hole on each folded side. Grab your aluminium tape and pierce holes in the same place as the ones on the cardboard. Then grab your wires that have one side that doesn’t touch anything and put them both inside the 2 different holes. Then put back aluminium tape on top of the end with 1 wire on each side and the switch is done. Now that you know that your circuit’s work, tape every wire to it’s correct spot so that it doesn’t move

Step 6: Final Step: the Pump

Identify which side pumps and which side blows. Then put your rubber pipes around the respective sides. Finally put the blowing side in the mouth inside the skull and put the pumping side inside the water holder. If you want you can colour the water in red so it looks like blood

Step 7: Personal Step: Looks

Now it’s your turn to decide how it should look, if you want to put the circuit inside the skull or not, if you want to paint the skull in a different colour.
